Pathways to Healing, and Meaningful Change
Healing isn’t linear—and there’s no single way to begin. Whether you’re navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or questions of identity, I offer a range of services to meet you where you are.
Each offering is rooted in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and a deep respect for your lived experience.
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy provides a deeply personal space to explore your life story, internal conflicts, and emotional patterns with a trained clinician committed to walking alongside you. In a session, you’re invited to share your experiences at your own pace—whether we’re unpacking trauma, identity questions, relationship struggles, or deep-seated beliefs that may no longer serve you. Through reflective listening, empathetic curiosity, and evidence-based interventions, we collaboratively make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
This process is rooted in safety, respect, and cultural humility. Grounded in modalities like EMDR, IFS, CBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, the work is richly trauma-informed and tailored to honor your lived experience. Whether addressing past wounds, navigating present stressors, or seeking greater self-understanding, the goal remains constant: to support your growth in agency, connection, and resilience. These sessions are not about prescribing change, but about engaging with your strengths and values as we gently guide you toward more integrated and meaningful ways of being.
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based approach designed to help people process and heal from distressing experiences that have become “stuck” in the nervous system. Whether rooted in trauma, anxiety, grief, or persistent negative beliefs, these unresolved memories can continue to shape how we see ourselves and respond to the world. EMDR invites you to gently revisit those experiences in a safe, supported environment—using bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping) to help your brain process and re-integrate the memories in a way that feels less overwhelming and more adaptive.
This therapy doesn’t require you to retell your trauma in detail. Instead, it allows your nervous system to do the work it was unable to do at the time of the event. EMDR aligns well with a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practice—it centers your pace, honours your resilience, and works with the natural intelligence of your body and mind. Many clients find that EMDR helps release emotional pain they’ve carried for years, opening the door to greater calm, clarity, and self-compassion.
Clinical Consultation & Supervision
Supervision and consultation are essential components of ethical, reflective, and sustainable clinical practice. I offer supervision that is grounded in trauma-informed principles, cultural humility, and mutual respect. Whether you are a new therapist working toward licensure or a seasoned clinician seeking a space for deeper reflection, our work together will center your clinical voice, sharpen your lens, and hold space for the emotional realities of therapeutic work. This is a space where questions are welcomed, complexity is embraced, and growth is supported with care.
Drawing from years of experience in community mental health, school-based systems, family therapy, and trauma-focused care, I support clinicians in expanding their skills, deepening self-awareness, and navigating the nuances of identity, power, and practice. Supervision isn’t just about case management—it’s about sustaining ourselves as practitioners, staying aligned with our values, and remaining open to both learning and unlearning. Together, we’ll create a space that fosters thoughtful, ethical, and heart-centered practice.
